Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity

You must order a minimum of twenty-four candles per order.

Samples

If you wish to sample our fragrances prior to making a wholesale order, we are delighted to provide complimentary mini fragrance samples. We kindly request that you cover the shipping costs.

Payment

For orders totaling less than $500, full payment is required upon submission. For orders exceeding $500, a 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining balance and shipping costs payable upon order readiness for shipment.

Full payment is due prior to shipping.

Forms of payments accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Bank Transfer

Price

Our wholesale prices are fixed in advance. We recommend that you align your retail prices with the pricing structure available on our website. You have the flexibility to increase prices, provide discounts, or offer bundle deals as you see fit. We kindly request that vendors maintain their prices either at or above our retail prices, if possible. If you’re ordering private label candles, you’re welcome to set your prices at your cost.

Availability

Because all our products are crafted in small batches by hand, we request that you schedule your orders at least two to three weeks in advance. While we aim to fulfill orders within two weeks, the timeline may extend by a week or two depending on order volume. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order, tailored to the specifics of your order.

Shipping

We typically ship orders using USPS Priority Mail. The shipping rate depends on the weight of parcel and the delivery location. We will calculate the shipping rate once we receive your order. Please specify if you would like your order shipped by another carrier. Products are securely packaged to ensure a safe delivery.

Damaged Products

If any of your products are damaged at the time of receipt, please notify us via email within 48 hours. We kindly ask that you email pictures of the damaged goods. We will replace damaged products and cover shipping. If the product is out of stock at the time and you choose not to wait for restock, we will offer a refund within 24 hours. You will also have a choice to choose a different fragrance that is in stock at the time.
